Live interpreters, accessible audio
Interpret distributes a live interpreter’s audio to listeners. It is not an automatic translation service. Listeners use their own smartphones and headphones without installing an app.

What is the difference between Interpret and a classic tour guide system?+
Interpret runs in the browser on the listeners' own smartphones – no radio receivers and no handing out or collecting devices. A classic tour guide system remains the right choice when participants cannot or should not use their own smartphones.
Do listeners need to install an app?+
No. A QR code or link opens the channel selection directly in the browser – no app installation and no registration.
Is remote interpreting technically possible?+
Yes. Using audio and camera connections with as little delay as possible, interpreters can join remotely without being on site, provided both ends have a stable connection – expertise that comes from our own live streaming and remote production projects.
How many language channels can run at once?+
Several language channels can be set up and managed in parallel for each event. The admin interface shows all active channels, each with its own QR code for listeners.
Can Interpret be combined with classic interpreter desks?+
Yes. Depending on the event, we use interpreter desks, tour guide systems and Interpret individually or in combination – matched to the number of participants, the venue and the budget.
